The plasmid backbone is pcDNA3.1-CMV and is shipped lyophilized in 25 µg aliquots.The Monod Bio LuxSit™ Pro family features the world’s smallest and highest-performance de novo luciferases. Available as full-length reporters or split complementation systems, LuxSit™ Pro (13.5 kDa) is an ATP-independent luciferase designed with state-of-the-art machine learning. The enzyme is monomeric, soluble, thermostable, and expressible in both bacterial and mammalian cells.
